Q. What Tracks are included with my subscription?
A. Every subscription plan includes access to all of our tracks and on-demand video courses, as well as our community forum. Live subscriptions also include access to our interactive live classes and Group Coaching.

Q. What is the reference library?
A. The New Masters Academy reference library provides you with more than 50,000 high-quality images for you to practice with, or use as reference for your own personal work. These images are royalty free, and while you can't share or distribute the actual images, you can use them to create derivitive work. Access to the reference library is only included with Library+ and Live Subscriptions.

Q. Does New Masters Academy offer certificates?
A. Yes! NMA offers certificates of completion for most of our Live Classes. For more information on the requirements for earning a certificate,

Q. Do I get feedback or critiques?
A. During Live Classes, you have the option to submit assignments for the opportunity to get a professional critique. While critiques are not guaranteed, NMA does everything we can to get to as many students as possible during class. You can also ask the instructor questions during class.

Q. What do I need to get started?
A. For the best experience, we recommend an internet-enabled device such as a laptop, smartphone, or tablet with the latest OS and browser.  

Q. Is New Masters Academy beginner friendly?
A. Yes! We offer on-demand video courses for artists of all levels. Whether you have never sharpened a pencil or you are a working professional artist, NMA.art has appropriate art lessons for you.  

Q. What is your refund policy?
A. You will be notified three days before any automatically renewing charge. New Masters Academy does not offer refunds on membership subscriptions except in certain situations and jurisdictions. Please see our Terms of Service for more information.
