Join NMA instructor Iliya Mirochnik for an eight-session Live Class on developing a composition through observation, memory, and imagination. You will simplify objects, people, clothing, and spaces into basic shapes, then redraw and combine them from memory. In later sessions, you will choose a theme, explore arrangements through small sketches, plan a focal point and value structure, and refine one black-and-white composition. The final session is a review of the finished work and the decisions behind it.
